Here’s to a new year. With the turn of the calendar comes the annual promise to eat healthier and lose weight. If you’re like most, by the end of January, you’ve cheated or completely fallen off the wagon. Eating smart doesn’t have to be gross or not pleasurable. If you can find ways to modify your diet by including things you enjoy, you’re more likely to stay the course. Lobster is a great substitution for red meat. It is very high in protein and low in fat, not to mention, loaded with essential vitamins and nutrients. This recipe calls for grilled Lobster tails. If you are in a cold region, have packed away your grill and don’t own a Foreman, then grilling may not be the best prep.
You can simply add the lobster meat, once steamed properly, to your salad bowl.
